Hello!
My name is Lynn Kaplan-Fink and I am a recruiter with ManpowerGroup Solutions, I am working with a Fortune 500 communications company on a Direct Sales Representative position in Nashville/Murfreesboro/Franklin and Gallatin Tennessee.
We are looking for outgoing, driven sales people to build relationships throughout the sales division. This position is accountable for promoting and selling video, cable, high-speed internet and phone services to residential customers in a designated area. This person will also need to make recommendations and evaluate customer's existing and potential needs in order to effectively close the sale. This is a direct hire position.
Its essential that you have an entrepreneurial spirit and internal drive for results in this position. You must be comfortable with handling rejection and working independently. This is a unique position and is not your typical 8-5. We celebrate success and advancement opportunities are available for those with the desire to grow. True success in this role is dictated by who you are. Its about having a dynamic personality, professional drive, perseverance and tenacity. You decide what your future holds!
Pay: $20,000 base plus 35,000 plus in uncapped commissions ions (annual target at performance level $55K plus) Highest rep earns 95,000 plus
Training: Four weeks paid training based off of 50,000 training salary
Benefits: Free cable and internet service, full
Benefits: medical, dental and vision, 401k with 4.5% company match and incentives
Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 11:00am 8:00pm . Daylight Savings Time Tuesday- Saturday 10am-7pm
