Knowledge of Pneumatic/Hydraulic/Air compressed systems
Strong troubleshooting skills

Computer literate
Notes: Over 1 Year Experience in Manufacturing Industry with familiarity with the listed Required and Desired can be used for the above.
Summary: To maintain and make any repairs on all types of equipment, building and grounds.

To ensure that preventative maintenance on equipment, support systems and machines are completed as scheduled.
Responsibilities :
Introduction: This job description and performance standard document has been prepared as a guide to ensure better communications and understanding. This description will be revised to meet current business needs. Principle Duties:
Ensure assigned mechanical maintenance jobs and/or projects are performed accurately, and in a timely manner.
Responsible for effectively and efficiently performing repairs and/or adjustments in a timely manner.
Correct any mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc., problems and if not possible to repair, report concerns to Group Leader.
Make recommendations on required changes to existing and new tooling, protypes and fixtures, ensuring better quality parts.
Ensure that secondary fixtures have been put in proper storage area in good working order at all times.
Maintain, inspect, repair and/or adjust trim fixtures, support equipment, etc., when necessary to ensure employee safety and product quality, ensuring that production is not delayed or interrupted.
Advise Group Leader and requisition when spare parts are used for repairs.
Record daily in department log books when preventative maintenance and repair work is completed. Communications:
Ensure there are no quality or production interruptions or errors due to a lack of giving or seeking information by:
Fully informing Production Leadership where necessary of all events affecting the flow of production
Recommend and participate in changes to improve efficiency of the process(s)
Communicate with Quality Department for approval of product before turning machine over to production.
Communicate with on-coming team member with respect to shift performance and scrap.
Safety:
1. Follow all company safety rules 100% of the time, and insure that all guidelines under OSHA are being followed.
2. Reading and understanding and comply with company job safety guide.
3. Take action to promptly correct or remove all workplace hazards.
4. Provide first aid treatment, if properly trained, to an injured employee, and immediately notify the shift leader.
Security & Houskeeping:
1. To ensure that no unauthorized people enter the company facilities. Verify that all doors are locked and lights, equipment, etc are turned off when required.
2. Ensure the building is clean and safe workplace.
3. Must not disclose to any person, without companys consent, any information concerning inventions, process, methods, trade secrets, or procedures owned or used by the company or any confidential information in any way pertaining to the companys business or affairs.
Physical: All Technical personnel must be capable of working on concrete floors for 8 hours per day.
All Technical personnel must be capable of heavy lifting on a non-repetitive basis (60LBS)
Attendance: Technicians must have above average attendance.
Technical personnel will be required to work over-time on a regular basis, both during the week and on weekends.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
