Provides support to Job Seekers and Employers to facilitate effective employment placements. Works with job seekers to assist with career exploration and assessment, interviewing practices and resume development. Provide referrals to partner agencies as needed.
Must have HS Diploma or GED equivalent. Quality customer service skills to include a positive attitude, good listening skills, ability to understand the current difficulties faced by employers and job seekers during stressful economic times. Innovative/independent thinking. Candidate must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Candidate must be computer literate with excellent organizational and time-management skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
